here i am showing my MS Access skill on preparing Database for storing data or data entry, By using MS Access for data entry one can easily avoid inputting wrong or miss appealed data and keep his data quality. it also aid to complete work in short time with error free quality. another advantages of using MS Access data base is transferring data from ACCESS to EXCEL or SPSS its quite easy and very helpful for next level i.e. data analysis. this data base is generated for inputting data of 500 questionnaires and its done safely.
