Selfservice website with custom components
This Selfservice site works in conjunction with Novell OES tools to give users a first point of call, IT selfservice solutions, It features a custom iPrint component that allows users to search for and install their own printers. Used by over 1000 members of staff. The buttons at the top of the screen are for those folks who use touch screen terminals.
