Good Knowledge of Agile process  Good hands on scripting languages like C# .Net, Java, python for generating test scripts  Good experience of white box testing and code review.  Good knowledge of Selenium Automation (WebDrivers, RC and IDE)  Good Knowledge of Different Testing Automation Frameworks (Junit,TestNG)  Able to work independently on the planning and execution of performance testing effort; give oversight to a medium sized project by leveraging the testing experience across all the phases of STLC and mentor people on the team.  Translate the client’s business requirements into test cases and articulate discrepancies between actual and expected results encountered when executing test scenarios  Capable of writing / developing Test Cases to cover system requirements and functional specifications according to business requirements.  Can handle multiple project assignments  Deadline oriented with ability to work independently and in teams
