Futuremedia PLC was an important actor within the e-learning industry in the UK. The company grow came from the launch of the Home Computing Initiative (HCI) providing e-learning content and tools to hundreds of thousands of employees. Design and production of various projects, from corporate branding missions to portals and custom applications or Learning Management System. Team leader of 3 to 5 people over a period of nearly 4 years. • Definition of project scope, targets and final products (+ 40 customers portals); • Definition of full scale project plans and software features; • Definition of milestones for each project; • Definition of wire-framing phase for designers and developers; • Management of the IT and designer staff (up to 15 people); • Creative design and art direction of all the web projects; • Quality check and bug reporting as well as daily follow up with IT staff and customers; • Creation and design of all the marketing supports (leaflet, websites...)
