Unfortunately michaelinglis did not complete the project. Also he stopped communicating with me when i asked him to reply to my questions about his progress

Michael was prompt, courteous and reliable in all his communiciations. The transcription he produced was well set out, accurate and dealt with a number of unfamiliar religious terms and names. Overall I was very pleased with the standard of work.

Michael completed another small project for me which was satisfactory. He was good with communication and polite. On this occasion, the project is well overdue, semi paid for and I have no work as yet from Michael, although promised 48 hours ago. It is unfortunate, as he is a nice person, and I don't want negative feedback to affect his freelancer ratings, however, this is an unacceptable situation regarding my mini project. I would also request that the milestone released to Michael is refunded to me on the basis I released it in good faith, and have nothing to show for it. Thankyou.
