• Participate in business development efforts (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs). • Lead small to medium sized turnkey wireless and consulting projects with various clients in the US. • Act as the technical advisor and consultant for partners • Continuously meet with project managers to provide periodic updates on project status from the technical point of view. • Establish and maintain great business relationships with market vendors. • Supervise, lead, and train a team of four junior and senior RF Engineers.
