Word Automated Medical Reports 3
This is part of a larger project, where i\'ve created various medical reports for my employer. The way it works is, the user opens the Word Report, presses CTRL+M and a user form activates. After the user has selected all the necessary options, then a new Word report will be created with the patient diagnostic, test results, physician\'s details, signatures, etc...\nThe medical conditions and exams performed are being selected from the first form, and then on the final report, another form pops-in where the user will select the physician\'s details, and input the patient\'s details.\n
