I am Apple Certified Technician, working as a Desktop Support Technician more than 7 years in an Apple Authorise Service centre in Bangladesh. Serve daily with troubleshooting the hardware and software issue in macOS and windows platform. Providing wide rage of technical troubleshooting and administrative support to customer/clients laptops, desktops, mobile devices, networking devices through on site, mail, phone and remote connection. I know how to take care of critical technical issues with non technical customers/clients, if need teach and educate the users who are not easy and comfortable with electronics devices and gadgets.
