My name is Michelle Ayala and I have an Associate in Science Degree in Computer Networking Technology. My studies included learning how to install and deploy network operating systems Win NT, Server 2000 and it's clients, their peripheral equipment NIC, routers, hubs and RJ45 cabling using CAT 5 types.Setting up user security access and network intrusion detection methods using Active Directory. Understanding of hardware and software compatibility issues. My past employment history includes doing secretarial and data entry work for various business types such as car insurance, manufacturing, mental health services and more recently payroll services. The customized databases with which I have worked with in the past include AS400 pc version, Qualifacts and UltiPro. I currently have the Windows XP Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher. I also have Photoshop 7.0 and ImageReady 7.0 on my home computer. I have a DSL connection, fax machine and printer. Not industrial size.
