An experienced software developer, designer, and programmer, I am currently self-employed and active in a number of technical disciplines. Most recently I've been employed by the Philadelphia Housing Authority where my responsibilities included multiple system and database administration, as well as development of Crystal Reports, PeopleCode, and system customizations to facilitate day-to-day operations of all departments within the company.
