Structural Staircase
This project is located in North Carolina and is a renovation of a doctor's office building. From a single page of a drawing project this staircase was drawn with elevations and shop drawings as well as bill of materials.
About Me
I am a 57 year old draftsman/designer freelancer working in the structural steel/architectural industry using Autocad 2025. Full time employment is also a consideration. I have been working in the drafting field since 1994 and have a cumulative experience of approximately 7-15 years. With experience from concrete flooring and roof systems, foundation layout and structural steel design I bring a strong foundation to build a better future helping others with their permitting issues as well as continued support throughout project development. I also have an AA degree in Information Technology and various certifications in Paralegalism and continuing education in law. With more than 20 years of computer operating and certifications in computer repair I offer innovation to the daily functions of my purview.
