4-75 Tower
As part of an investigation proyect, I analyzed part of Maracaibo city throughout, in order to understand how ¨Bella Vista¨ avenue have been evolving through years. We can see many historical places and antique housing that influence the desing of the 4-75 Tower, named as a result of it´s location.\nHaving this contrasting enviroment envolving many decades of development, I come up with a new idea of creating a building that incorporate comercial, bussiness and housing construction in one empty piece of land. It would be a tower with 30 floors and two basements for parking, taking advantage of most of the ground level to give space for sidewalks with vegetation around it, improving thermal quality in the area.

I´m a young architect, looking for more experience and challenging projects. I use Revit 2015 for modelling and rendering, but also I have skills on photoshop to have a realistic view of the projects.
