Keeping the price low was key to the client in this case as he wanted to test the water offering a property sales service at a time when the property market was still suffering. Rather than a bespoke build, WordPress in combination with the WP-Property plugin meant that a site could be created quickly, while keeping costs down. For that reason, the design is relatively utilitarian and lacking in typographic finesse, but it does the job that it needs to. If the venture succeeds, then it will be an easy job to further develop this website and give it a stronger and more stylish identity.
