I am a php developer based in Timisoara, Romania. I am a Zend Certified Engineer. I enjoy working on challenging projects and to experiment with the latest technologies. In my spare time I like to be involved in open source projects.
Maghetiu Ovidiu (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Maghetiu Ovidiu did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to MyHotZone (the employer).
