I have over 15 years of experience to offer. I have been assigned to different tasks, from handling incoming calls, chat, email response, escalation as well as supervisory and administrative tasks. I work with minimal supervision, listen very well to instructions, and am very keen and attentive to details. I also worked as a part-time social media specialist for several Australian-based businesses creating visual content and helped clients via a number of marketing channels, including email, social media engagement, and content. When not a graphic design and marketing superwoman, you can find me watching movies and cooking for my family, or planting yummy treats in my urban garden. I am also a bit of a Real Housewives junky.
