System Software Technical Article
I wrote a technical article on the well known Linux Journal magazine. The article was about a very successful open source system software I wrote for Linux but that was widely used by Linux and Unix system administrators worldwide. The software was named ChkLogs and greatly aided in monitoring and managing system logs.\n\nThis was a novel and pioneering solution at the time because none of the Unix or Linux distributions included such capability much needed by system administrators. The solution was imitated years later by a well known Linux distribution, their concept was the same though not as flexible but was their own in-house package. After some time I discontinued new releases of my system (I stopped producing Open Source Software).
