I have worked as a Call Centre Agent for a call center company for 2 years and I have developed extensive knowledge in operating computer programs and applications. I have a lot of experience in interacting with people over the phone or through chat and email. Given my academic background, I am confident with my language skills and I can speak and write Dutch very well. As such, I am seeking opportunities to work online as administrative assistant,data entry typist, customer service agent and translator so that I can contribute something of value.
