Tears of the Cosmos
This is a small sample of a poem I wrote. Longing is my constant and careful companion from the exact moment of being separated from you. I have searched infinite space and those spaces that fold within darkness looking for a glimmer of you. The journeys in time, the pain, the death, and the birth of I. Love is what my immortal soul sustains itself with. Like an atom molecule I vibrate so fast I melt with time, and in that motion I am immersed in matter becoming one with everything for the single chance to experience the stillness of my heart at the sight of you. In these brief moments I am sent down a vortex of unexplainable emotion that leaves a marker on my soul. Vision had nourished me in a millisecond of time before you fade away.
