“EIT†team is in charge of technical support to projects’ teams inside Commercial Headquarter of the French Postal Services.
Its main role is to assist projects’ teams in the enforcement of architecture.
Others roles are:
§ **Advise** teams during the enforcement of internal development norms and recommendations
§ Take part in **the working-out of technical architectures**
§ Contribute towards **code quality** making code-rereading reviews
§ Make **Stress Tests** on Web Applications (up to 10.000 users)
§ Help teams to find bottlenecks and **optimize** their applications
§ Assist teams in using new internal chosen technologies
§ Realize **knowledge transfer** from team to team
