Baking Around
With a salvaged vintage turquoise blue 1950s oven, Baking Around has taken the passion for baking out to the world at large in unexpected open areas that aren't kitchens. We have created and built a working staged set that includes a sink and countertop as well as Tiffany, the restored oven. At each location we have scripted and shot a baking show. The locations range from pumpkin patches to train tracks.
About Me
[login to view URL] I am Laura Mae, originally a Los Angeles/Orange County designer and now relocated to New York City. I'm a unique designer because of my creative work in print, film and new media. Recently I designed, developed, shot and edited a series of short films, stop action segments, accompanying print collateral and promoted it via new media. Combining my graphic design skills for print, film and media is what I do best. I am seeking a position with a creative team that uses strong graphic design sensibilities in combination with new media. Oh, and I am an incredible baker too...
