Create Excel template with automatically populating summary.
I was tasked with creating an excel template into which raw data could be copied and pasted. The spreadsheet would then automatically populate pivot tables and charts to give the user beneficial information about their patients. I also developed an \"Instructions and Explanations\" document which clearly outlined which formulas were used, why they were used and how they work. It also gave clear instructions on how to gain the most of the spreadsheet. The images attached show the raw data, graphs used, a pivot table and the final template. Complex formulas were used so that no matter which patient\\\'s data was being copied into the spreadsheet, the summary would be accurate and informative.
About Me
For the past six years I have been employed in various analysis and Business Management roles with the $1.3b annual budget Health Service. During this time I have led a team of data professionals and managed an administrative workforce exceeding 100 FTE.. More recently I have been employed as the Principal Budget Analyst for the Finance Performance and Analysis team where I could use my expert skillset for the benefit of the Health Service as a whole. Prior to this I was part of the team that saw the delivery of a new tertiary health facility to the Sunshine Coast. Specifically, I was involved in the ICT portfolio where my duties varied between business analysis and project management. During my career I have developed a broad working knowledge of strategic planning, health information management, financial analysis, and project management practices. I can demonstrate an advanced technical skillset and am analytically minded. I work with large datasets and undertake complex quantitative analysis to provide ‘deep dive’ insights into how the business is performing and to provide forecasting to enable proactive business decisions. Over the past three years I have also been extensively involved in guiding and supporting external consultants from Deloittes and Earnst & Young with analysis and development of action plans to promote safe yet sustainable Healthcare.
