Schematic and PCB design of ATmega 2560 control board for infrared light gate device. IR light gate uses additional PCBs with OSRAM SFH 4550 leds and Vishay TSSP4056 infrared receivers.

ATmega 2560 IR sensors control board

Design of battery monitoring device with current sense amplifier and ATmega 328 to monitor battery voltage and current usage. Measurement data can be read from host device using I2C connection that is electrically isolated to prevent voltage level difference during high current spikes.

Design of the enclosure for electronics device that consists of base PCB, several buttons, connectors and LCD screen. Enclosure consists of two parts that are bolted together fitting around electronic parts. 3D model was designed using FreeCAD.

PCB is small 4.5 x 7 cm four layer board with internal ground and power planes and pin header connections. It can be used for controlling 16 channels of led lightning or servo motors and takes much less space that full sized Arduino board with required shield.

AVR micro controller board design

Electronics device to demonstrate function of Schmitt trigger oscillator and logic gates. It features double sided PCB with surface mount components and powers from 3V Lithium battery. It contains signal generator with led illumination ring and soft power on/off button. Test point clips are provided for taking waveform measurements.

He delivered all what has been specified within the technical requirements and the code he prepared was well documented and profesionally prepared...also the communication was smooth and clear. Excellent! Easy to work with! Knowledgeable.Excellent Communication! Krists P goes out of the way to help you figure out what is needed in the code and why.The code Is well written and commented and time is taken to explain how it all works. Work is done in a timely manner . Not only is the project done but I now have a better understanding of how the code all works. Would definitely hire again!
