About Me

I built a strong skill foundation through my MFA in Animation at Academy of Art University, San Francisco. Following foundational technical and artistic work as an undergraduate, I learned to craft compelling stories using animation during my MFA program. Impressing one’s clients is paramount in business. I was hired as a freelance animator by Flickerlab in New York City and Food Guru in San Francisco. Flickerlab contracted me to model, rig, and pose faces for a groundbreaking project that includes a Maya to Unity pipeline. A non-disclosure agreement prevents me from elaborating on the details. Food Guru contracted me the first time to animate and composite various device screens over live action video in After Effects. They next hired me to animate a 150th Anniversary Celebration invitation. I articulated ideas effectively during team brainstorming and planning sessions, and always stayed aware of and complied with project deadlines.
