When i got a message from the provider, he started bargaining the rate. to be successful in this business, you people have to keep up with the commitment. once something has been agreed on, you have to keep up with it. that said, in the process of negotiation, you have to make everything clear; ask questions,etc. value your clients; know how to talk to them.
