Kenneth L. Greenberg, President and CEO KLG Consultants, LLC Ken Greenberg, a former Investment Banker, is the founder of KLG Consultants, LLC. He heads the Corporate Consulting practice at KLG. In addition to his role at KLG, Ken is an investor who participates in the purchase and ongoing management of select profitable private companies in the private leveraged buyout firm of Timepiece Capital, Inc. As a result, Ken sits on the board of directors of one private company where he has made an investment. Due to a prior association with a private equity firm that closed in 2004, Ken sits on the board of one other private company where he has made an investment. Ken has diverse experience in corporate finance, leveraged buyouts, and other corporate financial advisory work. Ken has been an investment banking professional with such firms as Blue Moon Financial, Inc., Janco Partners, Inc., Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets, Inc., JWGenesis Capital Markets, Inc., and Chatfield Dean and Co. Ken has seen successful and unsuccessful ventures and organizations. He brings 25 years of experience to your organization and, through KLG Consultants, LLC, can act as Your CEO's Temporary Right Hand Man sm or a key advisor during critical periods of your organization’s development. He has been on both sides of the table and believes in a balanced and fair approach to business negotiations. Over the years, Ken has traveled to many countries. He has also studied the French, Hebrew, and Norwegian languages. He has contacts in many areas of business and finance, both in the United States and abroad. He graduated from Colorado College with a B.A. in World Political Economy in 1982 and received an MBA from the University of Denver in 1983. Currently, Ken is pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University College at The University of Denver. He is a member of Mediators Without Borders.
