Google Adwords expert wanted • $30 USD

Absolute wanker. first of all he is Mexican not American so he lies. Secondly the bid was 30$ he tried to charge me 80$? when he wins the bid. stupidly i proceed on a 30$ winning bid. He messes me about saying analytics is wrong so i disassociate my account with adwords, then he goes silent for 5 days. I threaten to cancel the contract he goes i will complete in 3 hours late at night. 4 hours later he does 10 mins work then goes off line. I threaten to cancel the contract and I get this email "Hi, im kinda busy here,since you have a big campaign here, i dont thing it deserve time on it, please cancel the pending payment for me,i think im not the one for your job, sory for this, and i jut hope you to not review my self, cause you will affect me a lot if you do." Its a small campaign and he is lazy and crap don't not employ him. He is the worst person I have ever employed on site and I don't care what he say about me he is to blame and he is crap and his English is terrible.
