Dynamic Excel Sales Dashboard
*Client experienced poor 2012 *Analysis on 15 sales reps across 5 locations *Raw sales data provided to me: Name, Location, Sales, Budget, Expenses Dashboard features: *Interactive graphs displayed by one click list *Two 'speedo' graphs measuring budget achievement and profitability. *The colours and speedo needle change with each rep. *The dashboard fits on 1 A4 page. Findings: *Client was unaware of problems within French and English teams. *Profit can improve with better incentives to reps, more reps in Norway and Latvia to absorb infrastructural costs. *Also presented in a PPT format.
