I've been in the Tech Support field for approximately 6 year. Previously I worked within a secondary school before taking my current position at a Tech company. I've completed my ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and Windows 10 Support and Troubleshooting training in the last couple of years. I'm most fluent on Windows operating systems up to the Windows 10 and I've also done some support work with Mac and Linux too I've gained experience supporting a range of software such as Microsoft and Adobe applications, as well as bespoke, while also providing hardware support for a range of laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Machine and device deployment has also played a part in both my roles. Supporting bespoke software has developed my speed for picking up new skills and the knowledge required to support it. I've also gained some design experience on a voluntary basis (website, leaflet, poster etc.) and have a coding background from studying Software Engineering at university.
