Later I went to Apparel Design School and learned how to envision and create clothes for myself and my friends. I have always gotten very excited about fabrics, designs and patterns. One day, when I was walking around my neighborhood, I realized that the all dogs had the same collars. I love dogs and I think they deserve to wear something nice, fancy and cute, so I decided to go home and design my own collars. This was the beginning of our family run business, Sassy Dog Wear, which has grown to include dog collars, harnesses, and leashes. Our hand sewn products are created here in our Seattle home, with your special dog in mind!
