Challenge: Not particularly satisfied with their website design at the time, New Resources Consulting asked for some ideas. So I swooped in and mocked up a quick homepage to get our proverbial vendor foot in the door. They opened up, but wanted so much more than a pretty face. They needed major content control. Solution: Content management strategy to the rescue! The NRC project lead and I partnered up to get this done right. I created a modular content system to keep the front-end design visually consistent and the back-end admin easy to maintain. With the UX locked down, the refreshed branding in place, and the development solidified, at launch I provided NRC with a detailed user guide to make future content updates a breeze.
