I mechanical engineer with more than 3 years of work experience in few automobile companies of repute in India. The main function in all these companies being collection and analysing data using various data collection methods and presenting the findings through graphs, diagrams and charts, for research and development. With keen interest in analysing data, I had an opportunity to work as a Simulation Analyst at Caterpillar Inc. This experience bolstered my interest further in data analysis which enabled me to join IESEG School of Management in France for a Master’s Degree in Big Data Analytics. Here I studied database management tools like SQL, VBA, and data manipulation and mining tools like SAS and R to understand the data analysis at a higher level. As part of the curriculum, I have created a predictive model for non-profit fundraising organisation and interactive dashboard for a telephone company Tableau, a visualization software, for creating dashboard for a translation agency.
