Logo Design for Waffle App

This is the logo I designed for Waffle, a new messaging app for smartphones. I worked to keep the style simple while making a strong and memorable logo. This was a contest and the contest holder was very pleased with it, managed to win the contest between more than 1000 entries. I hope you enjoy my work.
About Me
I'm a graphic and web designer (HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery). I love Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Maxon Cinema4D, I have a very keen eye for details in any kind of graphics (vector, pixel, 3D). Willing and ready to work hard on graphics. I'm very skilled in logo design and my feedbacks here can prove it. I can work with HTML/CSS and smarty templates too.
