I am a highly proficient XHTML/CSS coder. I use table-less layouts and hand-code my designs unless asked to do otherwise. I can design a site in Photoshop or use your existing PSD design and convert to valid XHTML/CSS. I design all sites according to W3C specifications. I can also design in Photoshop and code the design as a template in Dreamweaver for easy updating with Adobe Contribute as a very simple CMS. Even when using Dreamweaver, I hand-code the CSS and use external stylesheets. All pages will be valid XHTML and valid CSS 2.0. I have experimented with CSS 3. Right now I am focusing on expanding my skills in Joomla, WordPress, and shopping cart/ecommerce systems like OsCommerce, Zen Cart, and Magento to create web sites that you can easily update and maintain.
