Worday Deployment
My company replaced our old HRIS with the new cloud-based Workday system so that we could all benefit from adding efficiency and productivity to our workday. Workday offers mobile functionality that will make completing activities like updating our profile or completing our performance review easier than ever. Supervisors or managers will also be able to complete things like approval activities from their mobile device - anytime, anywhere. I was part of the team that tested the functionality and data accuracy and the team that conducted series of training for HR users in the APAC region.
About Me

You can utilize my expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Oracle - Peoplesoft, and SuccessFactors - Recruiting Tool, other systems include SAP - Learning Solutions (LSO) and Salesforce Case Management System, and in performing supervisory and /or managerial tasks such as base support for escalated tickets/cases/calls, monitoring of daily HR Service Center activities, and performance evaluation. You may also expect me to cover General HR administrative tasks, looking for candidates on Upwork and other recruitment platforms and websites, interviewing applicants - Negotiating contracts - Managing recruitment paperwork. I can work with minimum supervision, enjoys working in a team environment and has an eye for detail and appreciation of deadlines and budgets.
