SuccessFactors Recuiting Platform
My company replaced its old recruiting tool to SuccessFactors which is a cloud-based system. This allowed our company to perform end-to-end recruitment activities while efficiently keeping the profile of our candidates which allowed easier access to their resumes. I was part of the team that supported the employees at a Tier 2 level. Support ranged from creation of job requisitions, updating job description, navigation and troubleshooting problems, and assisting recruiters and Talent Acquisition specialists with other basic technical issues.

You can utilize my expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Oracle - Peoplesoft, and SuccessFactors - Recruiting Tool, other systems include SAP - Learning Solutions (LSO) and Salesforce Case Management System, and in performing supervisory and /or managerial tasks such as base support for escalated tickets/cases/calls, monitoring of daily HR Service Center activities, and performance evaluation. You may also expect me to cover General HR administrative tasks, looking for candidates on Upwork and other recruitment platforms and websites, interviewing applicants - Negotiating contracts - Managing recruitment paperwork.
