After stringing us along for weeks saying he was working on it but providing no drafts we have been forced to reopen as he has failed to respond for weeks ! AVOID!

I have repeatedly tried to contact Jon after our initial contact. I sent/emailed everything he requested to begin and complete the project then never heard a THING. It's been a month since awarding the bid and three weeks since he last answered an email. I have called and emailed to no avail. I have to choice but to cancel and re open my project for new bidders.
