Developed a cloud workflow and file sharing platform for video professionals from scratch using PHP / MySQL.\n\nBuilt a REST API to allow external apps to interact with the platform and developed Mac / iOS helper apps in Objective-C to handle automatic uploading and file conversion.\n\nDeveloped encoding servers in Node.js complete with load balancing to ensure optimal encoding performance while maintaining cost-effective use of resources.\n\nEnsured high uptime and reliability with an automatic problem alert, logging and repair system.\n\nDeployed and managed secure server resources both in-house and externally via Amazon Web Services, with content distributed over the CloudFront CDN.
