I am employed in the biggest BPO company in the country for almost 7 years now (anniversary this March 2013). I started in the entry-level as a Customer service representative, moved to handling supervisory calls, then to a floor assistant, to reports analyst, now a Team Leader. My previous and current roles all require a good command of the English language both oral and written. Entails critical thinking and good management skills. I have a strong problem-solving skills that gets to help address challenges and create action plans. The use of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential especially for tracking progress. I am efficient in areas that require these skills and I am willing to work my extra hours off and be productive.
