I think it's nice to have messenger, phone, video or other lines of communication open on a project if needed but I don't think that kind of communication is encouraged here. About the Media: If you believe that a lot of references means anything then take a look at the projects that need someone to create a lot of accounts to credit and spam people on other boards..why is it that the geeks who create this syndicated media shell are so often the first to fall for it? This place is mad. If you believe that a service provider who took a job bid for creating 200 fake accounts quickly is more qualified because they have 200 references of their own, then please don't bother to PM me.
