Lyfter (Lyft/Uber Clone)
Lyfter is a ride hailing app. Designed to replicate the core functionality of the likes of Uber/Lyfter. Functionalities include: Login as rider Login as driver Signup as rider Signup as driver Rider Functionality: View their current location on a map upon login Can request a driver Notified when request is sent Notified when driver is en route Can see drivers location on the map Can see how the distance in plain text of how far away the driver is from them Drivers Functionalities: Presented with a list of ride requests upon login (sorted by distance from driver) List consist of requesters username and their "miles away" Can click on a request to view it on the map Can see driver's location and riders location on the map when a request is clicked From map, can accept the request -If request is accepted, that driver gets assigned to the request and rider is notified App will redirect driver to Google Maps to be directed to the rider
