1) Whenever any employee of the client ended up the work at customers home. He called me from the customers home and handed it over to the customer and left the home. 2) Than i had to ask some questions to the customer about the scores of the employee who did the work. 3) On live call i placed all the ratings in the online system. 4) In case of bad feedback. i had to update the client with that right away. 5) And after feedback i had to drop down my number so they can call me in case of any problem with the work done by the employee. 6) With all that i also had to handle the customers of past who called in with problems. I right away updated the client and Manager. So we could take care of the customer real quick.

1) I used to call 100+ customers in the morning to confirm the appointment they had that day. 2) And dispatch the technician to the customer home. In case of tech is late or anything we handled customers problems. And used to resolve the problems customer is facing. 3) Manage the inventory record in an excel file. 4) Following up with the customers about the feedback and scoring of our dispatched technician. 5) Send update reports to the client and supervisors of the markets after every 2 hours. 6) I had to work till the last technician is working.
