The Client wanted to detect changes from images of same area but of different Years.\n\nHe wanted to detect the changes from the Satellite images as to mark the changes the people have made to their houses. It will be easy for them to collect tax from people who has built a swimming pool, o a tennis court or other non permissable things.\n\nErdas Imagine - A remote sensing software and ARCMAP - GIS Software was also used here.
