FCR improvement project
This project involved data analysis using Minitab. The client needed an increasing of FCR ratio from 75% up to 85% with advanced analytics and reporting capabilities. In order to increase the FCR ratio the most frequently asked questions for consideration were selected. Technology stack used: - Minitab - Microsoft PowerPoint - Microsoft Access - Microsoft Excel
About Me
I am a hardworking, purposeful and full of enthusiasm for any task, which did not meet earlier. Daily I’m using Excel, Dropbox, Minitab, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw. Currently I am working on Customer Service Center improvement in Continuous Improvement Section in the leading mobile operator of Azerbaijan - Azercell. My main responsibilities are reduction of incoming calls, increasing of FCR (First Call Resolution) ratio, cost savings by improving service processes. I set myself the task, based on the needs and goals of the business, choose Tools and finish it in time. I like discover new tools. I learn quickly. I’m fluent in English, Russian and Azerbaijani. *** GOALS *** I expect that my profile will pay attention to companies that need a translator (English-Russian, English-Azerbaijani), graphic designer, different tasks with documentations (typing, coping).
