In SQL Azure, there is a limit of 50 GB (as on Oct ’10 CTP). If they have an on-premise database which has a DB Size of more than 50GB, they need to Sharding to divide the database into multiple databases which decrease the size of each database and hence would be easy to migrate these databases onto SQL Azure. This tool gives a base framework of how the client should approach to shard the databases and create shards. DMS automatically scan the images, in duplex mode through an automatic document feeder or flatbed mode which ever suits best to the particular page of the document. Automatic removal of Blank pages and Barcode pages is one of the key features of DMS software. With DMS, Non-Valid pages will be auto-deleted i.e. Blank Pages and Bar Code Pages (i.e. Separator). With DMS, user need not ask for more. Images which are not legible will be automatically treated as exception and subsequently rescanned.
