Legacy DB25 I/O connectors with ribbon cable connections are replaced by DB25 I/O modules, daisy-chained into a small CAN cluster equipped with Ethernet interfaces. All changes on any DB25 I/O are routed to any other DB25 I/O module, even in another cluster by configuring the software on the server.
