Dissertation related to organizational politics
The purpose of this study is to find the impact of perception of politics on workplace behavior; a case study of X COMPANY IN UAE. This idea is generated from the increasing workplace incivility, higher perception of politics and aggression among the employees in oil and gas sector. We are living in an era where the work demands extensive hard work, mental aggression and commitment. The nature of work in oil and gas sector demands continuous hard work and enthusiasm from the employees. The employees in the oil and gas are of the opinion that the employees of head and regional offices are getting more benefits as compared to plants employees. Similarly the employees in the different offices also assume that they are not treated fairly. In order to explore this, I will explored secondary data (Articles, Reports) to find out the factors that are contributing towards this increasing incivility in employees.
