I'm an owner at a small company in the Midwest. Occasionally we need and extra hand to help meet a deadline and finish a job. Most of the jobs I post are one time, one shot deals. The main qualification for any job I post is that the freelancer has the skills I ask for in the description and can finish the job without asking unnecessary question usually solvable with common sense. I want to give a job to a freelancer with as much information as I can and then have the job completed without constant supervision. Receive the job, do it, tell me when it's done. I'll pay you. Hopefully we can do it again.
