I have been a student of multi-media arts/ graphic design for the last 2 years, this is my second career path. I was a successful real estate broker in Southern California for 12 years. I have demonstrated that I can excel in sales or management positions no matter which company. I have always been in the top 10% in total sales compared to my peers. I primarily originated loans but the passionate part of my job was creating advertising materials. I truly have a passion for arts My marketing strategies included designing brochures, flyers, car magnet signs, logo development, postcards, business cards, letterhead, training manuals, newsletters and eflyers. I have trained and supervised various staff of 15+ employees. Due to the falling real estate market, I decided to change careers learn new computer software and make use of my visually communicative talents skills for all to benefit. I am currently seeking to gig teams to help build web designs, secure new clientel, and increase profits for all.
