Problem Statement: Client owns an investigation agency. He deals with various law firms in order to investigate their cases. Each case has multiple attorneys and deponents. First of all attorney has to issue an authorization for a deponent so that deponent activities can be started by client agency. Also, if authorization does not come after a certain period of time say 10, 15, 20 days reminder needs to be sent to Attorney or Deponent requesting for the necessary documents. Doing all this process manually requires lots of synchronization and man power and is tedious as well. Solution: As per the customer's requirement we offered a solution which enables various law firms to access the application and create their cases, assigning attorneys and deponents. Once case is created application enables the customer to perform below operations o Priority wise listing of various activities o Management of files related to any case o Automatic reminders/email actions for the attorney
