Residential complex
Greenside is a closed residential project developed as part of the team of FAMCO S.A. de C.V and Atelier studios for a private client; the site is located at about 9 km from San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador, C.A. This area has gone into a rapid development in the last couple of years due to its proximity to the capital and vegetated areas. \nThe project target middle to high class residents, following the basic design guidelines provided by the client. \nThe project shown is the conceptual project design of the area, which includes: \n Master plan of the complex, which includes roads, green areas, and parcel size following local regulations. \n Basic typology of houses, providing two types of housing type: 10mt front and 6mt front. \n Each proposal included two different façade design, one using traditional elements and the other one using a modern look
